We had the most amazing experience having a Mitsubishi split system installed at our house. Efficiency and customer service are the two words that come to mind when thinking about our experience. Over three days the company had two gentlemen come to install four units all of which can be controlled using Bluetooth on my cell phone. They were very conscious of the placement of each of the units because they knew I was concerned about aesthetics. Before Andre, one of the technicians, left he answered all of my questions, and ensured that I understood how to control the system from my phone. Everyone I encountered at this company, exuded the utmost professionalism and I will continue to refer them to any and all of my friends and family. ~ Alexandra D

Eric and Fuse are Great! The service appointment was set up with ease and Eric came to diagnose our washing machine issue. He came within the time frame given and let me know when he was on his way. He was very kind and courteous and once he diagnosed the problem he promptly quoted a cost for parts & labor to fix it, explaining the details. The follow up was fantastic and he came back a few days later to install the part, again on time with a message he was on his way. He was very efficient and kept the area neat and tidy, very appreciated. It is our first time using Fuse but it looks like they will be our go to for appliance/HVAC repairs in the future. Hands down the best overall experience with Fuse. Andrey was more than a pleasure to work with. Most companies wouldn’t do the job because they said it was too small while other companies said it would take an entire day. I communicated with Andrey over the phone and sent him pictures of the job and he gave me a quote on the spot. He was scheduled for the following day and even showed up early. He mentioned the aging of the system but didn’t pressure an up sell which is always highly appreciated. He answered all technical questions and was more than professional throughout the whole job. He even asked how I wanted a certain part of the job done in order to create more space for storage. The price in the end was the same price quoted on the phone. I would recommend in the future and plan on making another call for a furnace cleaning here soon. ~ Gerard S

My Kitchenaid built in refrigerator was leaking so I called and they scheduled me for the next morning. Allan was prompt and professional. I received texts and a phone call that he was on his way. He arrived in shoe covers and a mask. He identified the problem right away and explained it to me. Apparently my lovely children don’t always close the freezer door completely and the melt/refreeze clogged things up. Allan gave me a quote and said it would take about an hour. The diagnostic fee was applied to the service and they accept credit cards. I felt the price was very fair. I appreciated how smoothly the entire process went and will definitely use them again! ~ Kelly T

We have had FUSE come out multiple times ...First our old refrigerator broke down, twice our A/C needed a heavy reload of Freon and most recently our washing machine ( only a year and a half old ...but, a rat had chewed its water hose ...flooded the garage). Each time the service repairman from FUSE came out ,he diagnosed the situation promptly and correctly . He did not try to add on ...he fixed the problem well, too. Three different repairmen ...each considerate of us, our home and time. FUSE's repair people known their jobs well :) FUSE's dispatcher is very professional and attentive , too ! ~ Monette V

Our repairman arrived one day after we called because our Thermador ice maker stopped working. He carefully inspected, tested and clearly explained how the problem occured. Thanks very much! The service from Fuse HVAC was amazing! My issue was: whenever I would cook, my vent would go on automatically and be very, very loud. SO ANNOYING!!! The technician texted me to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time and immediately told me he was fully vaccinated, and had a mask on. (Some people my husband and I deal with do not want to wear masks around us.) He was very polite and patient, knew what to do, and fixed my issue with the vent in a timely manner. Allan explained everything in detail. He's very professional and knowledgeable. Based on his recommendation, we will be engaging FUSE to perform repairs and maintenance. Update:. Allan contacted me next day to make the repairs. Fortunately the parts were available and his schedule allowed for installing them. I'm impressed with Fuse. From the initial visit to next day repairs, they were super. We were lucky that the timing worked out this way. Summer time can difficult to get an AC technician in a timely fashion. I have a Nest thermostat that was displaying an E74 error code with no power to the red Rh wire. My fan was blowing continuously until I turned it off from the circuit board, and my condo has been without heat for the past week. Alan arrived ten minutes early, wore booties and was about to resolve the issue within the hour. He reset the safety switch on the HVAC system, cleaned the flame sensor, and adjusted the gas regulator and gas outlet. We always use MayDay. When they fix HVAC issues for us, the problem does not persist. I discovered they also handle plumbing and appliances, so now I feel even better have them diagnose and repair those issues, as well. From control board replacements to motors and much more, they have different technicians to resolve a variety of issues. Allan is just absolutely amazing! We’ve had over 10 jobs scheduled with this company for about 3-4 years now. I believe a sign of good work is when they come out, and the issue does not continue. Otherwise, what’s the point of the repair? We had an issue with a thermostat on the second floor, wiring issues, maintenance, etc. Now that it’s completed, everything is working as is for our rentals. Quick turn around of scheduling a same day appointment from initial inquiry. Eric came during the time frame given, he was friendly and efficient. He did a thorough check of our washing machine unit, taking off our stacked dryer to make sure he could see behind the units, and checking the connecting pipes. He looked to see where the leakage was coming from, ran the machines several times, and put the dryer back in the small space. Needed to have my new bedroom window a/c installed. The appointment was set soon after my request and Andrey was sent out to do the job. This was not simple because I purchased a larger unit than the old one I had that died. Andrey explained to me that the number of BTU's expended by my new unit were in excess of my room measurements. We discussed location options, and in the end he said he'd "make it work" in my original window. Andrey was incredibly hard working with a positive attitude. He was excellent at keeping me informed through each step of his work. He removed the other window panel and created a new frame from materials he left to purchase at Home Depot. He centered the new unit perfectly. Andrey is a perfectionist and the quality of his work exceeded my expectations . After he installed the new unit and framed it within my existing frame, he removed my interior window shutters, took the old a/c unit, cleaned up and - even though the job took almost five hours - stayed within the agreed upon estimate. I was so impressed with my entire experience at Fuse. My washing machine broke mid cycle and they were able to come out the next day. Eric, my service tech, was able to diagnose the problem in about 10 mins. He ordered the necessary part and let me know it would take about three days to come in. Fuse HVAC Repair is the best when it comes to furnace repairs. I called them after my old unit died and they were able to come out within a day, which impressed me because most companies will not show up until at least two days later! My technician was Eric. He was excellent!!. Prior to Fuse HVAC coming out , 2 other technicians from other appliance companies could not figure out or fix my hood vent.
