We had the most amazing experience having a Mitsubishi split system installed at our house. Efficiency and customer service are the two words that come to mind when thinking about our experience. Over three days the company had two gentlemen come to install four units all of which can be controlled using Bluetooth on my cell phone. They were very conscious of the placement of each of the units because they knew I was concerned about aesthetics. Before Andre, one of the technicians, left he answered all of my questions, and ensured that I understood how to control the system from my phone. Everyone I encountered at this company, exuded the utmost professionalism and I will continue to refer them to any and all of my friends and family. ~ Alexandra D
The Technician that came out to service our HVAC system was Allan. He arrived on time and was extremely efficient with sorting out the problem. We had to order a new blower motor for the HVAC system and once it arrived the install was very easy for him. Allan paid special attention to how much we were willing to spend on the new motor and was conscious of this as he placed the order. After installing the new motor, Allan checked the system for leaks and then cleaned up all the mess that was left out. I asked a lot of questions and Allan was very patient in his explanation of things to me. I felt extremely confident in his ability to get the job done! I highly recommend him as your next HVAC technician if you require one in the future. I will ask for him the next time we need anything done requiring servicing the HVAC system. ~ Sean W
Eric and Fuse are Great! The service appointment was set up with ease and Eric came to diagnose our washing machine issue. He came within the time frame given and let me know when he was on his way. He was very kind and courteous and once he diagnosed the problem he promptly quoted a cost for parts & labor to fix it, explaining the details. The follow up was fantastic and he came back a few days later to install the part, again on time with a message he was on his way. He was very efficient and kept the area neat and tidy, very appreciated. It is our first time using Fuse but it looks like they will be our go to for appliance/HVAC repairs in the future. You will feel spoiled with their service - they are really good. ~ Teri (
